A full esports season for 2025 has been mapped out for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, including some big esports events and a new structure for the competitive year itself. Season then restarts with the Challenger Series that runs from middle of March till beginning of April gives Tier 2 teams a chance to rise up to divisions of a given league after the Six Invitational 2025 finish.

It’s intended to serve as a roadmap for Tier 2 teams to take their place in the top Regional League. The basis of Altis’s winning formula is a this off season series covering the months of march to april, and it is a springboard for grass root teams to make it to the pro scene.
The competition is divided into multiple stages:
- Open Qualifiers: Open to all teams.
- Group Phase: This phase moves forward only those teams that can come second or third in the qualifiers.
- Playoffs: The teams in playoff places from the group will make the playoffs.
- Promotion Finals: Playoffs teams get specific opportunities for promotion to Regional Leagues.
That clear upward progression is important to ensure that up and coming teams have a fighting chance to come up through the ranks and gain a position on the competitive playing field.
